PRINCE’S music is to re-appear on streaming services following Warner Bros striking a deal to bring the iconic back catalogue back to the masses.

For the last two years, Prince’s legendary music has been streaming exclusively on TIDAL. The new deal will see the tunes reach Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, and other prominent streaming platforms from 12th February during The Grammys.

While a formal announcement is yet to be released, Spotify hinted at the news on Monday with cryptic, purple subway and billboard ads in cities like New York and London.

Speaking about his opinion on streaming services in 2010, Prince said: “What I meant was that the internet was over for anyone who wants to get paid, and I was right about that.”
