any-joyGLASGOW’S Pronto Mama have formally announced the upcoming release of their debut album.

Primed to emerge via the city’s Electric Honey imprint, the band have followed up on the off-hand remarks of its existence at Tenement Trail with a lighthearted Facebook video that provides all of the details.

Performing a barbershop quartet number, the band have revealed that the record is entitled Any Joy and have asked fans to pledge money in order to assist them in getting the album mixed and mastered.

With packages ranging from an £8 access pass which provides a digital download of the album to signed vinyl, handwritten lyric sheets, Facebook live stream requests and even a fully fledged private performance from the group, all of those looking to support one of Scotland’s finest groups in their quest to get their music to the masses can do so via PledgeMusic.
