THE forthcoming new single from Queens Of The Stone Age is scheduled to arrive in just two weeks.

Among the most anticipated releases of the year and one that the band have remained very elusive about, the as yet untitled track will be the first excerpt from their first full length album since the seminal …Like Clockwork from 2013.

Divulged by 104.1 KRZQ DJ Chris Payne (@Deftonesfreek), he shed light on the new track in a series of tweets which began with “Currently listening to new … oh man, you’re in for a surprise.”

After being pressed to verify his claims and provide information as to when it can be expected, he stated that a rep from the Josh Homme-fronted outfit’s label played it to him and claims that it will be made available to radio stations in two weeks time.

Proclaiming the track to have a ‘super sexy groove’ and that they’ll be touring with another band over the course of the summer, it’s safe to say that we can’t wait until it’s upon us.
