have announced details of a special date in Glasgow at the city’s ABC venue which will see Bloc Party perform.

Conceived in order to celebrate their official launch, the gig is part of a wider array of shows that the new station has arranged in a multitude of cities across the UK.

Launched earlier this morning after XFM was rendered no more, they have enlisted a slew of big names in order to celebrate the new venture’s inception such as Noel Gallagher, Johnny Marr, Stereophonics and more.

One notable addition to the massive show at the Manchester Apollo is the inclusion of Caithness’s Neon Waltz;  enabling one of TTV’s enduring favourites to play prior to the aforementioned Gallagher’s headline performance.
