RESONATE, the Scottish music conference event for industry professionals, musicians, students, fans and aspiring artists, has announced its 2023 programme for the open-to-all event at Platform, Glasgow on Thursday, November 23. This year’s programme will include a keynote speech from Sharleen Spiteri [=(Texas).

RESONATE is an annual music conference, run by the team at 23rd Precinct Music, to fast-track learning, connection and creativity through seminars, networking, expert panels and live music.

This year will feature an eclectic mix of speakers such as Ben Wynters [AIM], Sarah Johnston [FUGA], Bjorn Sandberg [Domino], Gemma Farrington [Sentric Music] – all just announced. Check the programme here. 

Meanwhile, the conference has also partnered with Keychange, a pioneering international initiative which transforms the future of music whilst encouraging festivals and music organisations to include 50% women and underrepresented genders in programming, staffing and beyond.

RESONATE makes a return this year to its host venue PLATFORM, while organisers have announced that Resonate Live showcase artists will receive a tailored mentorship programme, £300 artist fee, £100 travel fee, £500 tailored development fund as well as  marketing and promotional content.
