stonesTHE Rolling Stones have announced plans to stage a massive exhibition in London. Comically titled ‘Exhibitionism’, the collection will feature everything from rare memorabilia to guitars and aspects of their various stage designs over the years.

Initially being held within two floors of the illustrious Saatchi Gallery, it will also feature work from a string of past and present collaborators including Andy Warhol, Tom Stoppard and Alexander Mcqueen.

After its run in the Saatchi Gallery, the stones plan to take ‘Exhibitionism’ on the road and have its wares displayed in 11, as yet unannounced cities.

Keith Richards has said of the event: “While this is about The Rolling Stones, it’s not necessarily only just about the members of the band. It’s also about all the paraphernalia and technology associated with a group like us, and it’s this, as well as the instruments that have passed through our hands over the years, that should make the exhibition really interesting.”

‘Exhibitionism’ is set to open on 6th April 2016.
