PROLIFIC Glasgow-based record label 7 West Music have announced a string of new releases that will arrive at the start of May.

Last Friday proved to be one of the busiest days in the label’s existence so far with new singles from head honchos Baby Strange, Fabric Bear, The Dunts and SNASH.

Now the team behind 7 West have announced that they will be teaming up with another three members of Glasgow’s thriving punk scene – Rascalton, The Vanities and The Roly Mo. Each band will release a new track through the label on Friday 1st May.

It has been a while since we last heard from Glasgow punks Rascalton. Nearly a year on from their last single ‘Employee of the Month’,  the four-piece have teased the release of ‘Sign of the Times’.

Meanwhile, The Vanities will team up with 7 West for the first time to release ‘OTC’. It will follow last year’s ‘It’s Not My Fault If You Think I’m Uncultured’ EP and ‘Mary Jane’.

TTV 2020 VISION artist The Roly Mo have also announced today that they will be bringing out the second single from their upcoming debut EP in a few weeks time. Telling fans to “expect a different vibe”. ‘Diamond Doll’ was produced by Johnny Madden and Chris Marshall.

With a plethora of riches coming your way, Friday 1st May is the date to put your calendar.
