PROMINENT UK record store chain and label Rough Trade are set to donate all of their profits from sales of David Bowie records to Cancer Research.
The move; which was announced via their official Twitter this morning following the news of his tragic death at 69, is set to apply throughout the month of January and is likely to provide the worthy cause with a great deal of additional cash.
With the amount of people buying Bowie’s timeless records set to soar in the coming weeks as well as those who are discovering his phenomenal new LP Blackstar, it’a a very fitting and thoughtful gesture from an upstanding organisation.
