SCOTLAND’S biggest music festival T in the Park has confirmed the 2016 event will go ahead as the festival director Geoff Ellis posts a message to fans on the festival’s website.
The festival director has confirmed the event will take place on 8th – 10th July 2016, although as always this is subject to licence.
The festival has said they will make many improvements and changes following the first year at the new site of Strathallan Castle in July earlier this year. The festival have also advised the site layout will be adapted following the first year in operation.
Ellis commented: “When DF Concerts and Tennent’s Lager launched T in the Park in 1994, the idea was to create an outdoor music festival that the people of Scotland could be proud of.”
