PUNK
forefathers Television have revealed details of their upcoming UK tour which is set to feature a date at Glasgow’s O2 ABC.

Pioneering from their vocal delivery to their intricate guitar licks, the New York based outfit last visited Scotland in 2014; a tour which saw them perform their iconic Marquee Moon album in its entirety.

A band that has influenced everyone from The Strokes to The Rapture and LCD Soundsystem, the band will be sure to recapture the magic that saw them catapulted to worldwide acclaim.

Currently comprised of Tom Verlaine, Billy Ficca, Fred Smith (the bassist who replaced fellow punk icon Richard Hell when he vacated the position to form The Heartbreakers) and Jimmy Rip, the band are also poised to visit cities such as Bristol, Manchester and London during the short jaunt.
