FOLLOWING an incredible 11th edition of Tenement Trail Festival, today festival organisers have revealed the Trail will return on Saturday 10th October 2026. Early bird tickets on-sale now.

Scotland’s festival for music discovery celebrated an incredible 11th edition with thousands of music fans descending on Glasgow’s iconic music venues in the East End. 50+ acts were part of the Trail including headliners Pale Waves plus hero local acts Gallus, Dead Pony and Soapbox.
Tenement Trail’s lead partner, Tennent’s Lager ensured the pints were flowing across the festival’s 8 venues with the iconic Barrowland Ballroom plus St Luke’s, 226 Gallowgate, BAaD, Van Winkle + McChuills all packed from doors until closing. Tennent’s Lager’s new band competition winners Woeful Idle played to a packed 226 Gallowgate, a big highlight of this year’s festival.
Since 2013, the festival has brought fans the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Sam Fender and Yungblud to tiny venues. Trail is the creation of two music fans behind Scottish music platform Tenement TV. Over the years, the festival has grown into a staple in the Scottish music calendar with thousands of fans hitting the TRAIL to discover their next favourite band.
Speaking about this year’s festival, Festival Founder Chae Houston said: “To watch the festival grow and grow each year is a testament to Glasgow’s music scene. The fans are on another level here and we love to see it! We’re already working on our 2026 event to bring music fans their best TRAIL yet!”
Tickets for Tenement Trail 2026 on Saturday 10th October are on-sale now.
