TENEMENT TRAIL has revealed a new exciting addition to this year’s festival with Dead Beet Records set to host a stage at the multi-venue event this October.
The independent record label have joined the Tenement Trail line-up featuring bands including The Ninth Wave and Lucia Fontaine so far, with many more to be announced in the coming weeks.
Dead Beet Records have recently revealed they will release The Ninth Wave’s debut AA album later this year on limited 7″ vinyl. They’ve also recently announced WHITE will release their new EP Cuts That Don’t Bleed on 10″ vinyl this Autumn.
The inner city festival Tenement Trail will take place on 8th October 2016 featuring a bursting line-up of touring and breakthrough bands including the likes of newly-reformed indie icons Milburn plus local bands Crash Club and The Lapelles.
Crash Club are a band who’ve become pretty notorious on the live scene, their late night closing set at last year’s Tenement Trail is testament to their ability to really get the crowd jumping. Their appearance at TTV’s own Record Store Day event in April this year was another blinding live performance from the Glasgow band.
The Lapelles have toured with some heavyweight bands including Blossoms who are on target to hit the number one spot with their debut album this week and The Last Shadow Puppets who’ve toured relentlessly since the release of their second album in April this year. The local Glasgow band will also take to the road with The Jesus and Mary Chain, joining the iconic band on tour.
