THE Great Escape Festival have today confirmed the highly anticipated return of The Road To The Great Escape, the live music showcase in Glasgow and Dublin which will take place in the lead up to The Great Escape new music festival and conference in Brighton.
Kicking off in Glasgow on 6-7 May The Road To The Great Escape will be bringing some of TGE 2022’s most exciting new talent to all of the rooms at The Garage as well as King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut.
The Scottish leg will exclusively welcome the likes of Brooke Combe, Sipho, Swim School, Bonnie Kemplay, Vlure, TAAHLIAH and VLURE. Other hotly tipped acts set to appear include Dead Pony, Dylan Fraser, Honeyglaze, Medicine Cabinet, Priya Ragu, Sprints and many more.

Alongside the announcement of the event series, The Great Escape have announced a further 100 artists set to play this year’s Brighton festival. Featuring some of the most exciting names in new music, the likes of Rebecca Black, The Amazons, Yard Act, Sinead O’Brien and Baby Queen will appear on the bill. The festival for new music is set to host over 450 acts across 35+ venues from 11-14 May.
