THE Tallest Man on Earth – real name Kristian Matsson – has revealed details of his fourth studio album Dark Bird Is Home. The album is due for a 12th May 2015 release via Dead Oceans.
The announcement was issued through a short album trailer which saw a monologue running over various shots of Matsson in a rowing boat. Scroll down to watch the trailer.
Dark Bird Is Home follows 2012’s critically acclaimed There’s No Leaving Now, which landed the Swedish folk singer on various charts across the world.
The album announcement follows the news that The Tallest Man on Earth will be one of the acts performing at Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival; a festival curated by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, whom Matsson has toured with in the past.
