THE View have delayed the release of their fifth studio album Ropework until September 2015. The album was produced by Albert Hammond Jr.
Due to an ongoing illness that frontman Kyle Falconer is suffering from, the band have been forced to delay the release which was originally planned for June.
The band released a statement on their social media thanking fans for their patience.
The album is being released on Cooking Vinyl and September will now see the release of their second single ‘Under The Rug.’
The band’s planned T in the Park performance will still go ahead and tour dates to coincide with the release will be released at a later day.
