TRNSMT Festival has announced the line-up for this year’s BBC Introducing stage.

Taking place from 19th – 21st June, TRNSMT returns to Glasgow Green this year with headline performances from Richard Ashcroft, Kasabian and Lewis Capaldi.

And now organisers have unveiled a line-up of new and emerging talent set to appear on the BBC Introducing stage. Now in its second year, the stage champions fresh talent, providing a platform for rising stars and giving music fans the opportunity to discover the next generation of festival favourites.

Friday will see the likes of Beth McCarthy, Soapbox, Arkayla, James Emmanuel and BBC Introducing Scottish Act of the Year 2026 Alice Faye.

Saturday will include TENEMENT TRAIL alumni Basht, Tanzana, Lacuna and Sister Madds and more. And Sunday features breakthrough stars Shay O’Dowd, Abbie Gordon and Ellur.

Geoff Ellis, Festival Director of TRNSMT said: “The BBC Introducing Stage is a key part of the fabric of TRNSMT, giving emerging artists the opportunity to perform in front of discerning music fans while offering festivalgoers the chance to discover artists early in their careers.

“TRNSMT has a track record of supporting the next generation, from Lewis Capaldi and Gerry Cinnamon to The Snuts, who have risen through the stages after playing some of their first ever festival gigs on Glasgow Green. We’re excited to welcome this year’s acts and can’t wait to see them perform across the weekend.
