DANCE ICONS Underworld have announced a new album and a string of subsequent tour dates.
Formed all the way back in 1980, Underworld have maintained their position as one of the UK’s most pivotal electronic acts with a string of incredible albums.
Having ceased releasing new music after 2010’s Barking, the duo have now revealed that they will return with Barbara, Barbara, We Face A Shining Future on the 18th March 2016.
A brief preview of the album provides us with an insight into where they’re heading from a sonic perspective, with the band remaining rooted in the progressive house that made their name albeit with a tendency to liaise with more ambient and restrained textures.
In addition to this, the band have announced short European tour which features two dates at London’s iconic Roundhouse on the 24th and 24th March 2016..
