VISIONS Festival reveals the first wave of acts for the 2015 event including Fat White Family, Hinds, Girl Band and Toy.
The intimate East London festival returns for its third year following its sell-out first two events – taking place across different Warehouse venues, spaces, rooftops and outdoor areas in London Fields on Saturday 8th August 2015.
The last two years of the festival have seen special performances from the likes Poliça, !!!, Young Fathers, Andrew WK, Sophie, Cloud Nothings, F*cked Up, Perfume Genius and Songhoy Blues.
The theory and practice of the festival is to collaborate rather than compete, focusing on something creative, progressive and new first and foremost, in an intimate and welcoming festival set-up within the capital.
Music will only be one offering. The DIY and artistic nature of the event will be showcased by exhibitions and installations from local artists. Visions also houses a special Street Food festival, other one-off market stalls, a screen print class and more special events and contributors for this year’s event are still be announced.
