LAST night’s episode of Later… With Jools Holland featured incredible performances from both Iggy Pop and Blossoms.
The first installment before Friday’s longer edition, it saw the punk icon and his all-star band which features QOTSA’s Josh Homme, The Dead Weather’s Dean Fertita and Arctic Monkeys’ Matt Helders tear through electrifying versions of the classic ‘Lust For Life’ alongside an equally emphatic rendition of ‘Sunday’ from new album Post Pop Depression.
Additionally, hot prospects Blossoms dropped by the legendary studio to perform ‘Getaway’, the lead single from their debut album and one which is sure to be met with an uproarious response at their shows at The Great Escape.
