ONE of the nation’s largest conferences for the creative industries, Xponorth is returning with an aim to profile up and coming Scottish bands among a slew of international acts. The festival has announced that call for entries are now open.
This year has also saw an expansion for the conference following the announcement of partnerships with two Scottish festivals.
Establishing relationships with both Belladrum Tartan Heart and Loopallu respectively, this initiative will aim to provide an opportunity for up to acts to gain additional festival slots for the forthcoming year. With a total of 60 slots available, those selected will adjourn to the Inverness based event and perform in front of an eclectic mix of industry insiders and music lovers.
