FRESH from their triumphant homecoming gig at the SSE Hydro on Tuesday night, Biffy Clyro have shared an intimate new video for ‘Re-arrange’.
Taken from the band’s seventh studio album Ellipsis released earlier this year, the song is one of their most tender moments to date; said to be an open letter to Simon Neil’s wife after helping him through a dark period of his life. The intimate nature of the video is in keeping with the frontman’s introspective lyrics, showing him at his most exposed alongside some lo-fi footage of the band having a contemplative walk on the beach. A moving accompaniment, it is a stirring video that reinforces the emotional resonance of the song.
Having enjoyed yet another successful year that has established them as one of the biggest guitar bands in the country, the trio are currently on a massive UK arena tour which finishes up at The O2 in London on Thursday 8th December.
