BURSTING back onto the scene in typically anthemic fashion, Scottish alt-rock outfit We Came From Wolves have unveiled a thunderous new single by the name of ‘The Peak Beneath The Sea’.

Living up to their reputation for highly emotive and hard-hitting alt-rock, the track marks another step up for the band as they continue to spread their appeal up and down the country. While previous single ‘Places Unfamiliar’ addressed deeply personal themes of depression and anxiety, ‘The Peak Beneath The Sea’ finds the band looking towards the future as they attempt to move past these issues.

Armed with a dark and gritty edge, the affecting lyricism is as open and honest as ever over a backdrop of crunching riffs, unyielding percussion and chaotic energy; frontman Kyle Burgess emits a burning sense of defiance through his delivery as the track builds up to a cathartic release.

The highly atmospheric video intersperses footage of the band playing live alongside crashing waves and sinister imagery. You can check it out below.

We Came From Wolves will bring their raw energy and passion to a number of festivals this summer including Camden Rocks and North Hop Glasgow.
