The band: Seemingly coming out of nowhere, Spanish girl group Deers have been causing a bit of attention since their support slot with the Libertines last month. Hailing from Madrid, they are an awesome mix of beach goth and garage rock.
The sound: A softly lilting and lovelorn melody alongside the band’s cacophony of harmonies means that the track perfectly compliments and contrasts with the raucous previously released ‘Castigadas En El Granero’.
The lowdown: This track is the AA side to new single ‘BARN’; the first recording as a four piece. The band support The Black Lips this month including a show in Copenhagen. Deers will also play Glasgow’s Broadcast on 26th November and have been confirmed for SxSW in 2015.
