WITH a number of support slots lined up in the next couple of weeks alongside Alex Amor and Kyle Falconer, Dev Green is bolstering his catalogue with the release of this massive new single ‘Living On The Moon’.
Having seized our attention with early singles like ‘No Sleep’ and ‘Waterfalls’, the Dundee songwriter has had a prolific 2021 so far – and now he’s topping it off this emphatic new track.
Seemingly not content to be boxed in by genre constraints, Green is bolstering his sound with each release – using all the tools at his disposal to expand with each offering. Like the tracks that have come before ‘Living On The Moon’ is inventive and addictive – building layers and layers of programmed vocals, stabbing synths and grooving rhythms.
Said to be about “the struggle of a relationship during lockdown”, the track itself is bubbly and vibrant, driven by its massive chorus.
