GERMAN electronic duo Digitalism, made up of Jens Moelle and Ismail Tufekci, have unveiled their new single ‘Utopia’, which will be featured on their long awaited album Mirage.

The accompanying video for the track, which comes after several quiet periods from the duo, was directed by Japanese artist Yoshi Sodeoka, who is famed for their neo-psychedelic work with artists such as Beck and Tame Impala.

The video is extremely kaleidoscopic, and is fairly reminiscent of the colourful Windows Media Player screensavers that would jitter along with the track you were playing. ‘Utopia’ is highly melodic and features moments of high intensity which escalates into a vibrant night club number.

Digitalism’s new album is out 13th May and will tour North America in support of it.
