Scottish trio Fatherson have shared the new single ‘Just Past the Point of Breaking’ from their upcoming second album Open Book, which follows the release of tracks such as ‘Always’ and ‘Lost Little Boys’.
‘Just Past the Point of Breaking’ will open the band’s new album, and follows the theme of uplifting choruses and meaningful lyrics that feature in their previous two singles. With these three singles in mind, the new album looks to have consistency with several impressive and euphoric anthems at their disposal already.
The new single is out now and Open Book will be released on 3rd June 2016, which is sandwiched by two of their biggest headline shows to date: London’s Scale on 2nd June and Glasgow’s O2 ABC on 4th June. The band have also confirmed a few more festival dates, including Live at Leeds, Lindisfarne Festival and Bestival.
