SWEDISH exports Francobollo are quickly gaining a reputation for their off-kilter yet brilliantly infectious brand of indie-rock. Following the release of their acclaimed Wonderful EP at the end of 2016, the four-piece have continued on their winning streak with the announcement of this brand new track called ‘Good Times’.
Sounding more energised than ever before, the band have captured the exhilarating spirit of their live show with an instantly identifiable sound that is entirely their own. Seamlessly moving between mellow moments of melancholy and bursts of raucous energy, an irresistible slacker charm makes itself known through the off-kilter harmonies and wild onslaught of guitars. It is another colourful, erratic and infectious offering from the band which indicates why they have become such an exciting prospect.
Alongside the new track, the band have announced that they will join The Big Moon on a UK tour later this year which comes to Edinburgh on 23rd April. With the recording of their debut album nearing completion, they look set to make a big impact in the coming months.
