Set for inclusion within the new 30 Days 30 Songs project which has seen many artists begin to voice their anger towards the controversial figure, the band haven’t held back on the jagged post punk of ‘Demagogue’
Feauturing hints of the aloofness that was ingrained into their material with Sparks as FFS, ‘Demagogue’ lambasts not only Trump but the Americans that would deem voting for him to b a sound plan.
Proclaiming that ‘those pussy grabbing fingers won’t let go of me now’ to the baffling possibility of him having control over nuclear arms, their first material since the departure of Nick McCarthy earlier this year has proven that they haven’t lost any of their immediacy.
