AN announcement that left their worldwide fanbase in a state of rapture, the hype surrounding the impending arrival of Frightened Rabbit’s new album could almost rival that of the world’s biggest bands, with many speculating as to what its contents may be.
With Aaron Dresner of The National at the helm of production, the band have continued to divulge just enough to keep the hype at fever pitch with new track ‘Get Out.’
Premiered last night on Zane Lowe’s Beats1 show, ‘Get Out’ sets off with an unexpected flurry of ambient electronic percussion before a typically impassioned guitar riff makes its way to the track’s epicenter. With Scott Hutchison’s voice sounding as magnetic as it ever has, this new excerpt features a triumphant, stadium-ready chorus that befits their position on the Atlantic Records roster.
The band’s new album Painting Of A Panic Attack will be released on the 8th April.
