CATCHY, inventive and cathartic, there’s a lot to admire about Haim’s latest single ‘Little Of Your Love.’

Taken from their forthcoming sophomore LP Something To Tell You, the track was originally earmarked for inclusion on the original soundtrack for Amy Schumer’s recent comedy Trainwreck but was soon kept by the band and marked a turning point for them in terms of the creative process behind the record.

Speaking about its profound effect on the band’s journey to this point, Alana Haim has stated that ““Suddenly, there wasn’t this daunting, abstract, second-record weight hanging over us. It was, ‘You have a week.’…We got back to just ‘write how you’re feeling.’ After that, we wrote hundreds of songs. It was like vomit.”

Vivid metaphor aside, the track is precisely what fans have came to expect from the band’s inventively sweet sound and is akin to Days Are Gone’s ‘The Wire’ in terms of its breeziness, harmonious vocals and sheer immediacy.

Something To Tell You will be released on the 7th July.
