WHILE every track Hector Bizerk release is creatively and vastly different, it’s never unidentifiable. From social commentary to the damning of politics, they’ve covered several bases in their musical career.

Hector Bizerk contributed to a Nicola McCartney play last summer called ‘Crazy Jane’, with a soundtrack album suitably accompanying the narrative. One year since everyone opened their ears on the album, the band have unveiled a fitting video for the track ‘En Pointe’, which sees a ballet dancer passionately swan around to the atmospheric rap track carrying her awe-inspiring moves.

Appearing on the album The Waltz of Modern Psychiatry, it exemplifies a delicate side to Hector Bizerk that modestly shows off folk credentials that don’t normally exude from their camp. Louie’s intrepid rapping style is still prevalent in ‘En Pointe’, only this time it is restrained to fit the laidback track.
