hectorskinandboneTHE BAND: T Break alumni Hector Bizerk are fast becoming a name that need no introduction in the Scottish music scene. Selling out gigs, releasing outstanding material, touring the festival circuits relentlessly and finding themselves in a pit of praise, the band are getting ready to release a new EP and have just dropped a new video for ‘Skin and Bone’.

THE SOUND: Featuring a slow paced rap from Louie, the track is also immersed in the distinctive percussion from drummer Audrey. A melodic guitar riff really brings the song to life in the chorus and as ever, you find yourself in a trance of a great story through the lyrics.

THE VIDEO: The video features some live performance footage of The Big Burns Supper in Dumfries. Directed by Mackenzie, the video also features the band performing direct to the camera intercepted with studio recordings.

THE LOWDOWN: Taken from their EP The Bell That Never Rang, the track comes ahead of their performance at Glasgow’s Broadcast venue on Friday 20th February 2015. The sold-out gig is the official launch for their new EP.
