RISING through the ranks of Glasgow’s music scene over the course of the year and capping it off with a fantastic performance on T in the Park’s BBC Introducing stage, to say that it’s been an exciting time for Lucia Fontaine would be a considerable understatement.
With her debut EP Best Boy scheduled to arrive on 10 inch vinyl via the city’s Dead Beet Records, Lucia has added another fantastic addition to her steadily multiplying list of garage pop anthems with ‘When I Think Of You.’
Dreamlike and serene yet laced with an undercurrent of danger, the latest offering from the hotly tipped artist is brimming with swooning hooks and driving guitar parts which punctuate her ethereal vocals.
