The band: Model Aeroplanes are an indie-pop quartet hailing from Dundee . At just 18 years old and there is already quite a buzz around the group, who released their first single Crazy last year.
The sound: Innocent Love is the follow-up to their debut track. It’s a fun song, and quick as well at only 2 minutes 36 seconds, but it fits a lot in. There is an interesting guitar riff going on, a distinct and simple chorus and just enough room for a quick solo in the middle.
The lowdown: At such a young age they have all the time in the world to decide which direction to take. Innocent Love will be available for download on the 24th February, and that same night they will headline Clarks Bar in Dundee. They are also playing with Dry The River at the O2 ABC 2 in Glasgow on the 22nd February.
