PAOLO NUTINI is back.

Eight years on from the release of his last album ‘Caustic Love’, the legendary Scottish singer-songwriter has announced fourth studio record ‘Last Night In The Bittersweet’, out on July 1st via Atlantic Records.

He launches the album by sharing two new singles, ‘Lose It’ and ‘Through The Echoes’, carefully chosent o indicate the varied nature of the new record.

Said to be 70 minutes in length and spanning genres from classic rock to post-punk to hypnotic Krautrock, it may just be his most eclectic and accomplished record to date.

‘Through the Echoes’ is classic Nutini and an instant reminder of his stunning vocal abilities – folky and soulful with an emotive lyric, timeless in the vein of Ben E. King and Otis Redding.  Meanwhile ‘Lose It’ is the curveball – driven by insistent motorik rhythms and the product of Paolo writing increasingly on bass guitar. It’s rocky,

Paolo has announced an intimate UK tour this May which sold out in minutes, featuring dates in London, Oban and Sheffield. Meanwhile, this year he will headline TRNSMT, two large outdoor shows in Bristol and Belfast, plus very special guest billing at Liam Gallagher’s huge Knebworth Park show. Meanwhile, European dates include a tour of Italy in July as well as the Montreux Jazz Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin.
