Glasgow duo Poster Paints have released their debut EP Blood Orange. The EP opens with the aptly named track ‘Number 1’ and it sets the tone for what is truly a great collection of music.

An effortless blend of their disparate influences – namely Carla J Easton’s distinctive 90s-tinged indie-pop vocals and Simon Liddell’s love of rich, shoegaze soundscapes – the duo have created a timeless sound full of heart and rousing melodies.

Carla J Easton says: We’re really excited to be working with Ernest Jenning and Olive Grove Records on releasing our music this year! It’s a brilliant opportunity for us to collaborate with two brilliant independent labels who are committed to supporting artists they love and be part of a global family who will nurture our music.”
