THEY had us enraptured well before the release of the thrilling punk rock ride that was ‘Lust’ last month but Rascalton have now revealed the second half of their AA single titled ‘Alone’.

A band who have made a resounding impact on the Glasgow music scene in recent months, ‘Alone’ is sure to cement their reputation as one of the nation’s most exciting young outfits as they prepare to hit the road next month and win over a host of new towns and cities.

A rousing display of their immense talents across two and a half minutes, the track is a pumped up, stirring slice of garage rock that makes you want to grab your mates and belt out the lyrics along with Jack Wyles as he depicts a story of heartbreak, lonely nights and longing. Described as the ‘official Control Social Club national anthem’, the frontman’s powerful vocal evokes the raw emotion of the song over driving rhythms and blistering guitar lines to conjure their most heartfelt moment to date.

With confidence oozing out of every fibre of their being, Rascalton make their grand return to Tenement Trail this year as one of the line-ups most highly anticipated outfits. Known for their brilliantly frantic and chaotic live show, they’re a band you don’t want to miss on Saturday 30th September.
