GLASGOW garage-rock trio Shredd release their thunderous debut album ‘The Place Unknown’ next week on 2nd December.

Featuring ten tracks of rollicking psychedelic rock, the album captures the tumultuous nature of the last few years and transforms it into a cacophonic sonic adventure.

The album is being preceded by one final track this week in ‘Enigma’ – a track that perfectly captures everything we lve about the outfit. It’s loud, fast. furious and absolutely exhilarating – driven by galloping drums and razor riffs. The more you take, the more I become,” vocalist Chris Harvie snarls, as the band charge through at a relentless pace.

Speaking on the forthcoming album, the band said: “The Place Unknown is a culmination of everything Shredd has done since forming five years ago. Some of the songs are our heaviest yet, but there’s also a couple that lean more towards our earlier sound. Although we’ve evolved a lot as a band, we wanted our first LP to reflect our entire time together and the result is something really special.”

Tune into ‘Enigma’ below.
