GREENOCK-BASED Strange Dimensions deliver their debut EP in the form of four-track ‘Not Through Words, Through Thought’.

Previously established singles ‘Acting Too Soon On It’ and ‘To Stay’ set the tone of jangly chorus-infused guitars combined with  atmospheric keys and driving bass riffs across the extended play. Brand new tunes ‘Dingbat’ and ‘Make It Last’ provide the raw simplicity to their refined sound heard within their earlier discography, with the latter adding a slightly melancholic edge.

Inspired by a voice note recalling a near-death experience, ‘Make It Last’ is the newest song from the quintet, bearing an aura of suspense featuring a vocal sample and catchy lead guitar riffs. The decision to again team up with producer Bruce Rintoul (VUKOVI, Twin Atlantic, Fatherson) came naturally to them after the success of their previous sessions together.

Strange Dimensions are set for a busy summer with a festival spot at Doonhame Festival in Dumfries, and a headline show at The Garage Attic on Friday 30th June.
