the dandy war

INDIE rock icons The Dandy Warhols have released a new song ‘You Are Killing Me’, which will be their first music since the 2012 album This Machine.

The band spent 2015 recording new music and toured parts of North America and Europe last year. The release of ‘You Are Killing Me’ displays the conventional elements of Dandy Warhols with a palm-muted riff that commands the track, and an overall lyrical theme that puts the middle-finger up to their previous label. Perhaps this is the moment where Dandy Warhols return to form as one of indie rock’s biggest exports.

As well as announcing their new song, the Portland band have signed a deal with with Toronto’s Dine Alone Records for a new album release in 2016.
