THE Dead Weather are back and with a bang too. If Alison Mosshart’s had been cooped up in a box for the last couple of years only to be released in the recording studio straight away, her gritty, grungy, sexy, rock ‘n’ roll performance on this new track would be the result. The band have unleashed a sound that is so shockingly amazing that you’re going to play this more than once.

The vocals on ‘I Feel Love (Every Million Miles)’ are so perfect, exciting and exhilarating we long for the new record, due to drop next month. With bands and music like this around, it’s a great time to be alive.

Describing the regrouping of The Dead Weather as “the best thing ever” adding that she feels “joy” and recording “feels so good”, the band, made up of Mosshart alongside Jack White, Dean Fertita and Jack Lawrence, will release their third album Dodge & Burn on 25th September 2015 via White’s own label Third Man Records.

The band’s third album will feature eight new songs, as well as the four previously released ones (‘Buzzkill(er)’, ‘It’s Just Too Bad’, ‘Open Up (That’s Enough)’, ‘Rough Detective’), the latter having been remixed and remastered for the new release.
