10404313_10152984609490547_2275682176477434099_n2014 was a time to the remember for The Lafontaines as the Motherwell 5 piece played inaugural gigs in Europe and the States before finishing off the year in style with a barnstorming sell-out performance at Glasgow’s 02 ABC – their biggest live show thus far.

Now The Font’s return for 2015 with new single ‘King’, the first cut to be previewed from the succinctly titled forthcoming album, ‘Class’, which is due for release on 8th June 2015 via 889 records. Taking root outside the Barras, the peripatetic video sees the lads rock up in the Sahara desert by way of Edinburgh (Murrayfield), London and Marrakech. If the video is grand, then it’s still nothing compared to the tracks huge scorching riff, infectious lyrics and festival built woh-oh chorus.

Prior to opening the main stage at this year’s T in the Park festival, The Lafontaines will embark on their own UK tour. Catch them on the dates listed below.
