MADRID garage rockers The Parrots have shared their new single ‘Let’s Do It Again’, which will be the first song after signing to Heavenly Recordings.
‘Let’s Do It Again’ has the flowery, reverberating guitar work and ramshackle vocals that every song on their last EP Weed for The Parrots had. It’s almost a continuation of their previous work as they step into a fresh era of signing to a new record label, and it’s no surprise that this track was laid down while gleeful and highly inebriated. But luckily for their listeners, The Parrots are always exhilarated in their music and personality – the affability oozes and makes us instantly grin.
The Parrots have been signed up to play a handful of European dates, including some in their native Spain, Italy and Portgual. They will play a couple of festival appearances at the end of April and early May in London and Manchester, respectively.
The new single ‘Let’s Do It Again’ is out 27th May 2016 and can be streamed below, along with a clip of our session with the band.
