HAVING
positioned themselves as a band on the rise throughout the course of 2015, next year will see Glasgow’s very own Tuff Love eschew any further gesticulation and release their much anticipated debut album in January of next year.

Entitled Resort, their debut full length is an amalgamation of their three stellar EP’s and is sure to highlight everything that makes the duo so special and capable of transcending the underground in worldwide acclaim.

Initially aired on this year’s superb Dregs EP, the band have released a new video for the lively ‘Crocodile’ to tide us over until the album’s release.

With dreamy and nonplussed vocals colliding with swathes of benevolently fuzz coated guitar, ‘Crocodile’ sees the band hint toward a more outwardly aggressive edge before gleefully rearing themselves back in and even inserting some unexpected instrumentation that will both befuddle and delight.

Directed by Ben Cowie and Alan Cameron, its accompanying video starts out simplistically against a stark white background before it is engulfed by a myriad of stunning, hallucinogenic visuals which teeter on the verge of hypnotic.

Resort will be released on the 29th January 2016 via Lost Map and can be pre-ordered here. The band will launch the album on the 5th February at Glasgow’s own Stereo in conjunction with TYCI.
