Edith will chat to some of Scotland’s biggest names in film, music, literature and the arts, as well as sharing stories from the public about the community spirit being seen across the country during this difficult time. Set to be a night to remember, ‘For the Love of Scotland’ will bring together an evening of entertainment and appreciation as Bowman and her guests give thanks to medical staff across Scotland.

Professor Jill Belch, founder of the Masks for Scotland initiative said: “I’d like to thank the people of Scotland, and everyone from around the world, for donating so we can protect those who protect us. I’d also like to thank the Scottish Government for their support. They have told us that they want to do all they can to support our appeal and ensure it achieves maximum effect. I hope you all enjoy the show on Wednesday!”

Creator and host Edith Bowman said, “For the Love of Scotland will be three hours of people coming together through music, prose, comedy, conversation and thanks, featuring both plenty of well-known faces and members of the public. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to all the people who are helping us out and giving up their time. Now we just have to do it!”
