CHIC’S headline gig at this year’s West End Fiesta has dramatically sold out in a quick 48 hours.
The outfit, featuring legendary frontman Nile Rodgers, were announced to headline the Glasgow event at the iconic Kelvingrove Bandstand on Saturday 10th June. Met with a great deal of excitement, the iconic band have now shown they still have the ability to sell out venues all over the world forty years after they first emerged.
A remarkable coup for organisers, the show will be an incredible opportunity to catch Chic and Nile Rodgers in more intimate surroundings at the landmark outdoor venue in Glasgow’s west end. Now something of an institution in the city, the full line-up for the West End Fiesta is expected to be revealed soon.
