ELECTRIC HONEY have announced the first in a series of special events being organised to celebrate the label’s 25th anniversary.

Formed in 1992, Electronic Honey is one of the most famous college record labels in the world thanks to its illustrious history of releases from massive artists such as Biffy Clyro, Snow Patrol and Belle & Sebastian. Under the helm of Music Business students at Glasgow Kelvin College, the label has more recently brought out work from Be Charlotte, Sunshine Social and The Claramassa with Pronto Mama’s highly anticipated debut album Any Joy due for release in May.

Taking place in the Hug and Pint in Glasgow’s West End, the label will commemorate its 25th anniversary with a series of live performances from some of the finest emerging talent. The Bar Dogs, Sunshine Social and Calum Frame will make up the line-up on Tuesday 21st February while Schnarff Schnarff, Veto and Flakes will appear on Wednesday 22nd February.
