T In The Park 2013
T IN THE PARK gears up for the last ever gig at Balado; the infamous land on which T in the Park has thrown some of the best parties of a generation.

Fans will be treated to a brand new site in 2015 in Strathallan. And with names like Biffy Clyro and Arctic Monkeys topping the bill, this final gig dubbed #byebyeBalado is sure going to be one to remember.

Mixed, varied and rocking, the 2014 line-up boasts big names and hidden gems. Local heroes Biffy Clyro have climbed the ranks from T Break to the Main Stage and this year will grab the headline slot on Friday evening.

Fresh from their tour supporting the legendary Rolling Stones, The Temperance Movement will bring their soulful blues from their self-titled debut to Balado this weekend. The Amazing Snakeheads will fly the Scottish flag putting on what is sure to be an uncomfortably loud performance, with a fresh line-up since the departure of two of the members just last month.

Catfish and the Bottlemen have been ruling the airwaves over the last few months and will make their T in the Park debut this weekend. Catch up on our session with the band here-

Then there’s the up-and-coming acts that are sure to turn it up for the T in the Park crowd. Glasgow lads Tijuana Bibles have sold out King Tuts in recent months and created quite the following in Scotland. Alongside Fatherson, Tijuana Bibles will play King Tuts Wah Wah Tent this weekend. Sure to be one of the many stars of T Break this year, Model Aeroplanes  have been making music since school and recorded their debut single whilst studying for their exams. Whilst DEATHCATS will prove why they are self-proclaimed noise-makers on the T Break stage this weekend, playing tracks from their debut album. Check out our session with both T Break bands below-

Fans of nostalgia will be treated to infamous sets from the likes of James, Paul Weller, The Charlatans, Manic Street Preachers and Inspiral Carpets, whilst acts including Drenge and Circa Waves promise to bring the soundtrack of 2014 to Balado one last time.

Crowd pleasers Haim, Jake Bugg, Bastille, Pharrell Williams and Paolo Nutini will pull in the crowds and the key sing-a-long moments over the weekend. See picture for example of crowd watching Bastille in 2013-

Radio 1 Stage day Gems of the line-up though come in the form of Tame Impala, Royal Blood, Wolf Alice and Pixies; each renowned for their live performance and packing enough punch between them to indent your festival memory. Perfectly fitting for one last party at Balado. Bring it on.
