THE TEMPERANCE MOVEMENT
have announced details of an extensive UK tour in the early stages of 2016.

Setting off in the middle of January to bring their blues tinged rock ‘n’ roll to audiences all across Britain, the jaunt will be in support of their upcoming sophomore record which is set to hit stores next year.

Taking in cities ranging from locales such as Aberdeen and Cardiff as well as cities in both the north and south of England, a statement on the band’s website makes it abundantly clear which date Scottish frontman Phil Campbell is most excited to announce:

“For me though, it’s all about Glasgow Barrowlands in the heart of the city’s east end. I played there once before in my life around ’95 at a local talent showcase which was headlined by a then relatively unknown combo called Travis (Klang!) with a young Alex Kapranos kicking about in an English Redcoat (Klang!) so I’ve got some unfinished business I reckon. So make sure to wear your best suit and cologne for the dancing and you’ll be sure to get yersel a lumber”

Those who sign up to the fan newsletter will receive news of a pre-sale occurring this coming Monday.
