‘THUNDERSTATEMENT’ is the third track from Arcade State’s upcoming debut album ‘Life Is Not Linear’ releasing 28th March.
Packed with energy and subversive lyricism, the explosive single from Arcade State precedes what is shaping up to be an exciting debut album. Propelled by pop-punk guitar licks and powerful vocals, the heavy-hitting tune indicates the band’s intention to make a statement in 2024.
Lyrically, ‘Thunderstatement’ explores the notion that many people blindly follow orders set out by governments and media, where the band aims for listeners to take back more control of their decisions, “Try and save yourself, they want it all”.
The debut album, ‘Life Is Not Linear’ releases 28th March, accompanied by a launch gig in celebration held at Glasgow’s Òran Mór on Friday 12th April with support from Layaway and The Invaines – tickets available here.
